SDA (Serious Development Agency) is a full-cycle software development company with a team of around 50 engineers, serving clients across the EU, UK and US. We specialise in three areas: AI implementation, business process automation, and custom software products. In practice, that means connecting the systems a company already has - ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, production and logistics data - and building on top of them: AI assistants that answer questions from internal documentation, automated reporting for management, dashboards that show cash flow, project load and bottlenecks in one place, and custom applications where off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit. We apply this to ourselves first. SDA runs on its own AI-native ERP, built in-house to replace a legacy system, with an AI layer for finance reporting, resource planning and meeting analysis. We bring that hands-on experience, not slideware, to every client project.

We are also open to partnerships with system integrators, ERP vendors and consultancies that need a reliable software engineering partner.
