Partnership opportunities

Within the BUSINESS PARTNER PACKAGE at the event Slovak Industry Vision Day 2026, we offer you a form of partnership in the amount of 1500 € under the following conditions:

• free admission for 1 person from participating entity to Slovak Industry Vision Day on 27th of October 2026 (including B2B meetings, expert and  accompanying program, complete refreshments during the event day)

• allocation of a consultation table in the main hall for placing promotional materials and your  own branding (banner or rollup max 1 piece)

• advertising in Electronic Catalogue of Participants (in A5 size, format pdf, horizontally)
• publication of the  Partner Company logo on the Event registration web portal (please insert the company logo directly into the registration, preferably in the format: png, jpeg, eps, pdf)

• publication of the Partner Company logo on the  the official Slovak Industry Vision Day website
• publication of the Partner Company logo in Electronic Catalogue of Participants
• video presentation of the Partner Company logo  in Partners loop, which will be shown on the LED panels in the main hall

• publication of the Partner Company logo on a joint „thank-you“ slide of partners, which will be shown at the beginning and end of the main program

• Introduction of the partner in a joint, summary post published after the event on SARIO social networks - Facebook and LinkedIn (2 posts in total).The post will contain a summary of the event results, thanks to the partners, logo and company name. The official partner profile will be introduced, if the partner provides the relevant profile by the specified deadline.

• each additional person cost is 180 € per person - you have to specify during registration the number of additional persons/participants (up to 3 additional persons max)

• The capacity of Business Partner places is limited. Places are guaranteed in the order of confirmation of interest.The SARIO agency reserves the prior right to approve the Business partnership.

• All documents (logo in curves, A5 advertising page, etc.) must be delivered no later than by the end of registration, i.e. by October 18, 2026. In case of failure to deliver the documents by this deadline, the organizer cannot guarantee the full graphic fulfillment of the package (advertisement in the catalog, publication of the logo)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
• The contractual relationship (Business Partnership) is established on the date of written confirmation of registration  by the SARIO agency. The said partnership comes into effect and the right to provide partnership services arises on the date of full payment (crediting in favour of SARIO bank account) of the respective invoice.

• The participant who has chosen the Business Partner package acknowledges and agrees that the paid participation fee is non-refundable, since the SARIO agency immediately begins to provide services related to the promotion of the partnership at the event after its crediting. In the case that the registered participant has not paid the registration fee by the date of cancellation of registration and the cancellation of registration occurs after October 18, 2026, the SARIO agency has a legal right to pay the registration fee in full (cancellation fee of 100%).
